Tyler Kord, Chef / Partner
Tyler graduated from the French Culinary Institute and stayed on to work for chef Alain Sailhac. He then went on to work for chef Jean Georges Vongerichten at Perry St. where he was the sous-chef.
Matthew Maddy, Designer
Matthew project managed the build-outs for several award-winning spaces such as The Box and Spitzer's Corner as Senior Project Manager for Hecho. He designed Weather Up, his cocktail bars with Kathryn Weatherup in Prospect Heights and Tribeca and Anella in Greenpoint.
Gabriel Llanos, Sous Chef
Gabriel graduated from the French Culinary institute and then went on to work at The Modern. From there he moved on to Perry St. where he met Tyler.
Eric Sell, Sous Chef
Eric graduated from the Institute of Culinary Education and left his post at Le Gamin in Prospect Heights to join the awesome team at No. 7.
