Tyler Kord, Chef / Partner
Tyler graduated from the French Culinary Institute and stayed on to work for chef Alain Sailhac. He then went on to work for chef Jean Georges Vongerichten at Perry St. where he was the sous-chef.

Matthew Suchomski, Managing Partner
Matt left the film world to manage restaurants for Frank Prisinzano, mostly Lil' Frankies in the East Village. There, he curated an award winning wine list.
Matthew Maddy, Designer
Matthew project managed the build-outs for several award-winning spaces such as The Box and Spitzer's Corner as Senior Project Manager for Hecho. He designed Weatherup & Co., his cocktail bar with Kathryn Weatherup in Prospect Heights. Most recently, he designed Anella in Greenpoint.
Amanda Clarke, Pastry Chef
Breaking from a career in architecture, Amanda attended the Pastry and Baking Arts program at the Institute of Culinary Education. Since graduation she has worked at Jean-Georges, Hudson Yards Catering and Perry St., where she was pastry chef and had the pleasure of meeting Tyler Kord.
Gabriel Llanos, Sous Chef
Gabriel graduated from the French Culinary institute and then went on to work at The Modern. From there he moved on to Perry St. where he met Tyler.
