Tyler graduated from the French Culinary Institute and stayed on to work for chef Alain Sailhac. He then went on to work for chef Jean Georges Vongerichten at Perry St. where he was the sous-chef.
Matthew project managed the build-outs for several award-winning spaces such as The Box and Spitzer's Corner as Senior Project Manager for Hecho. He designed Weather Up, his cocktail bars with Kathryn Weatherup in Prospect Heights and Tribeca and Anella in Greenpoint.
Jared graduated from Oberlin College in 2007. He No. 7's senior most employee, having started as a food runner when the restaurant first opened in 2008. He also helped open No. 7 Sub at the Ace Hotel and No. 7 Sub Greenpoint (now No. 7 North).
